*NOW WITH PANTS!*
So I bought two different Unity platformer kits and I figured I know enough about game design to make something really basic and build on it from there.
I also figured I might as well try to make a pony game!
So, I give you the character model for Daring Do and the Lost Kingdom, coming whenever!

I think the model looks quite good considering it's cross between a pony/human. If you wanted to make her look more "feminine" I guess you could try adding some of the more less noticed differences, but the only ones I can think of is wider hips and more of a curved body. I don't know if the same is true for ponies though especially ones from the show. it really depends on exactly what you chose to base the model on, but overall I think it's very good.
Depending on the type of things you have planned to happen in the game though I can't see a way to go about having hooves instead of hands, but gain I think you did a very good job of blending the two. Personally I think if you had done it with front hooves it would have looked weird in that stance to me.
Very much look forward to see your progress on this because I think it has great potential if done right.
